1.2. Services ProvidedColor of Life Surf School provides surf lessons only. These services are subject to availability and the specific terms outlined in your booking agreement.​

 

1.3. Booking and Payment

Booking Process: To book a lesson, get in touch with us via What’s app / Instagram @coloroflifesurfschool or follow the online booking process on this website. ​Payment: Full payment is required before the time of the lesson unless otherwise agreed. We only accept payments in cash.​Cancellation and Refunds: We understand that plans can change, but please note that cancellations made on the same day as the lesson will be subject to a 50% charge of the lesson price. Thank you for your understanding. ​We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to weather conditions or safety concerns. In such cases, a rescheduling option will be offered. ​

 

1.4. Liability Waiver

By booking and participating in our Services, you acknowledge the risks inherent in surfing and water sports. You agree to release Color of Life Surf School from liability for any injuries or accidents arising from your participation.​

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Denpasar District Court in Bali.
