I founded the Color of Life Surf School because I see surfing as a vibrant reflection of life itself - filled with different colors, lessons and blessings.
Each session on the water is an opportunity to grow, feel, appreciate and share the bliss of being alive.

Joe
Your Experienced and Fun-Loving Surf Instructor!
Originally from the surf haven of Lombok, Joe brings over 10 years of experience to his teaching, making him a seasoned instructor who knows how to make every surf session both fun and educational. With a great sense of humor, Joe loves making jokes and sharing laughs with his students both in and out of the water, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
Whether it’s a shortboard, longboard, or anything in between, you’ll see Joe riding all kinds of surfboards around the legendary Uluwatu area. His passion for surfing is matched only by his love for sharing it with others.
Josssi
Your relaxed and passionate Surf Instructor!
Originally from Bali, Josssi has been sharing his love for surfing since 2019.
Josssi’s heart lies in riding fun- and longboards, where his passion for surfing truly shines.
With a deep love for the dreamy waves of Thomas Beach and Balangan Beach, Josssi has a unique ability to make every surf session an unforgettable experience.
Known for his kind nature, Josssi’s optimistic spirit and big smile are contagious. He is passionate about spending quality time with his students in the water, helping you feel confident and connected to the ocean.
When he’s not surfing or teaching, you’ll find Josssi enjoying life with his furry four-legged friends.

Our Surf Videographer Extraordinaire!
Edwin is our passionate surf photographer and videographer dedicated to capturing the magic of your surf experience - using professional camera equipment, a drone for breathtaking aerial shots, and a GoPro for dynamic in-water footage.
From the beach to the water, Edwin follows your surf sessions with precision and creativity, ready to turn your waves into lasting memories.
